The program focuses on actively engaging young people through a series of dynamic activities aimed to amply, fostering growth and development. Youth Engagement sessions where participants shared their ideas, aspirations, and concerns. A Focus Group Discussion was conducted to gain deeper insights into the challenges and opportunities facing youth in today’s generation. Additionally, several Trainings were held, equipping participants with essential skills for personal development, leadership, and career growth. To empower the youth to become proactive contributors to their communities and future leaders.
The Youth Empowerment successfully created a platform for youth to express themselves, develop new skills, and connect with one another. It contributed significantly to their personal growth and enhanced their understanding of key issues affecting their generation. At the upper hand laid the groundwork for future programs, aimed to continue to empower youth and cultivate the leaders of tomorrow. Based on the feedback and discussions from this event, future initiatives will focus on more targeted skills training, mentorship programs, and community service opportunities to further engage and support the youth in their journey toward leadership.
