(TBNOFWBPOFWOI) is a non-stock/non-profit organization, a communal membership-based migrant worker-survivor- community led organization that provides community-centered and facilitate a result-based programs, leaving no one behind in overcoming socioeconomic challenges by equipping the community with practical and essential skills and tools in transforming the community to a sustainable and resilient society.
Accessing government reintegration program and social services left returnees, survivors and migrant workers in an elusive and challenging position. While migration social impact prevails making situation more difficult to overcome. The cycle of vulnerability continues, and intervention is demanding due to information traffic, exclusion, community capacity, awareness and access to association. This is the reason behind the founding of Timpuyog ti Baro a Namnama ti OFW ken Balligi ti Pamilya ti OFW iti Baguio City Organization Inc. who shared similar aspiration and vision. A migrant worker – survivor led organization taking a role in finding alternative solution and instilling sustainability and resiliency in overcoming challenges by identifying the gaps, creating and developing realistic and practical approach based in migrant – survivor lived-in experience in reducing migration social impact, socio-economic sustainability, and resilient future. Timpuyog Organization believes in participatory and in a societal- centered approach in reducing migration impact and social challenges through community building, awareness, inclusive social engagement, accountability, collaborative action, partnership and representation.
The Blossoms of Hope is a theory of change on how our community collectively asserts social transformation.
