Create spaces for migrant workers, survivors, returnees and its family members to recuperate, heal, and empower themselves with practical livelihood skills, tools and knowledge that enable them to be sustainable and resilient in facing social – economic challenges.

Vision

We are committed to unite migrant worker-survivor and its family members, by building worker-survivor communities, empower migrant-survivor/returnee/youth leaders, establish a support system, increase representation, and advance advocacy through leadership and capacity building, education and awareness programs.

Embodying community accountability, transparency and inclusivity to all organizational endeavors without mental reservation or evasion for the benefits of organizations advocacy.

Goal

Provide trainings, education and services in attaining community sustainability through community charitable programs, livelihood programs and social development programs in accordance with the provision of the law and its agencies;

Provide legal and paralegal assistance, legal consultation, counseling services, medical assistance, and other related services that an organization member, migrant worker-survivors and its family needed; 

Develop labor leaders that will embody the discipline, ideology, beliefs, identity, methodology and aspiration of the Timpuyog ti Baro a Namnama ti OFW ken Balligi ti Pamilya ti OFW iti Baguio City Organization Inc.; 

Establish mutual and strong relationships with Labor Trade Unions, Labor Organization, International Organization, Civil Community Organization, Non-Government Organization, stakeholders, private institution, etc.  as partners in attaining maximum growth and holistic development in areas concerning Timpuyog Organization and its members, volunteers, affiliation and partners in accordance with law, existing valid/signed contract or agreements or memorandum of understanding; and 

Represent all existing and known labor sector which includes migrant –survivor workers, low wage laborer, marginalized worker sector, labor communities and similar entities in the national migration issues and concerns.
