To find jobs or start businesses. Timpuyog reintegration programs provide job placement, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support to ensure financial stability.

Skill Utilization & Upskilling

Migrant workers survivor or returnee gain valuable skills abroad, but these may not always match local job markets. Training programs help them adapt their skills to local industries or upgrade their qualifications.

Financial Management & Debt Assistance

Most migrant worker survivor or returnees come back with savings, while others return in debt due to recruitment fees or loans. Programs on financial literacy, investment, and savings management help them secure a stable future.

Psychological & Social Support

Migrant workers survivor or returnee experience stress, discrimination, or cultural adjustment issues when returning. Counseling, peer support groups, and family reintegration programs help with mental well-being.

Social Reintegration & Community Acceptance

Migrant workers survivor or returnee face stigma or exclusion if their migration experience was unsuccessful. Reintegration efforts promote awareness to ensure they are welcomed back into the communities.

Protection from Exploitation & Re-Migration Risks
